Tota Alves is 33 years old and was born in a suburb of Porto. She discovered her passion for writing and directing films at the age of 28, after working as a cook, a cleaning lady, and a clothing salesperson. She has two miniseries produced for RTP (Portuguese broadcaster) and makes her debut in cinema with the film WE DID A FILM.

Synopsis:
Maria Inês experiences the first breezes of love during a summer vacation. Accompanied by her friends, she strolls through the neighborhood where she lives, spending her time between beads and the filming of a movie.
