The meeting of Justine Lemahieu, over several years, with Lila and João, the two artists and activists from the band Fado Bicha, whose songs give body and voice to LGBTQIA+ stories and struggles. In the dressing rooms, words and glances intersect, questioning our relationship with appearances, gender norms, language, and sexuality.

Director’s Profile:
Justine Lemahieu (1981, France) is a documentary director and editor. She lives and work in Lisbon since 2005, turning Portugal both her adopted country and the focus of her documentaries. She is particularly concerned to socio-economic issues, discrimination and daily forms of resistance. Her first feature film, “Sousa Martins », was released in cinemas in 2019.
